ECO-ART KAUSHAL VIKAS FOUNDATION strongly believes that empowering women is one of the most important steps toward building a strong and progressive society. Women play a vital role in the development of families and communities, and providing them with the right opportunities and skills helps create sustainable social and economic growth.

The foundation also promotes the formation of Self Help Groups (SHGs) among village women. These groups encourage women to save money, support each other, and start small businesses together. By working collectively, women gain financial stability, confidence, and a stronger voice in their communities.

Our foundation works actively to promote women empowerment through skill development, education, and awareness programs. We organize vocational training programs that help women learn valuable skills such as handicrafts, tailoring, small-scale entrepreneurship, and other income-generating activities. These programs enable women to become financially independent and improve their quality of life.

In addition to skill development, the foundation conducts workshops, seminars, and awareness campaigns focused on women's rights, health, education, and social equality. These initiatives aim to build confidence among women and encourage them to actively participate in community development.
